My Philosophy

I understand fitness as a part of our life’s journey- it’s not the way to live but rather, living this way.
Living this way is a simply a matter of constantly refining the nuts and bolts of reaching your goals. As your body changes, the work out is refined, your diet is refined, your goals may refine as well.
I strive for proper technique at all times- the attention to technique brings the best results and increases intensity for realizing goals. Some days are better than others, of course, but keeping the mind in the form is a key factor for benefitting body, mind and spirit.
My experience is deep dedication grows best with honest compassion and success grows best in a focused, forgiving environment.
Fun and enjoying the journey are also mainstays. Focusing is without heaviness or seriousness and instead, maintains an air of lightness keeping the program fresh and attractive.
I will dedicate my attention to your realistic goals and helping you find the ways to meet and surpass them.
