I’m glad you’re here.
Fitness and bodybuilding are central in my life and I would like to share what I’ve learned with you. Being a resource for people in achieving their fitness goals is a most gratifying adventure and whether your a bodybuilder, toning your physique or conditioning for a specific sport, there is something here for you.
A National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), I chose this organization for two reasons- they are one of the two most highly respected authorities on fitness and also, the NSCA excels at sport specific training education and research. In order to develop a stronger foundation in sport specific training, my next step with the NSCA will include becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
My personal goal is to compete as a Natural Master Bodybuilder and there will be talk, here, of building including the promoting of the Womens and Mens Masters Class (that’s us old folks over 50). I feel the Masters are not highlighted well in the media or even within the bodybuilding organizations and am set on influencing a change, if I can. Bodybuilding information will also include my journey, my heroes of the natural, hard-gainers and tips.
I’m aiming to create this site in a way the bodybuilding dialogue is non-threatening to anyone engaged in other forms of physical fitness by showing resistance exercises’ application in the entire fitness spectrum. The fact is that resistance exercise is quite basic to any sport or practice.
Any subject you would like to understand that has not been covered will be investigated and discussed. I encourage you to email me with questions because as you learn, I learn.
